Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (dfr.gov.krd) – Minister Falah Mustafa on 27 April gave a speech at a reception marking the birthday of H.M. Willem-Alexander, King of the Netherlands. The celebration was organized by the Netherlands Consulate General in Erbil and Embassy in Baghdad.
